Deliveries
LOCAL.
Delivery is free within our local area (Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch).
Delivery is charged for orders under £200.00 outside of this area but within 30 miles.
To save you money, and to save time, limit pollution etc., we try to group our deliveries by area. Most beds will be delivered within two weeks, ( specials and furniture may take a little longer )---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
COUNTRYWIDE
Charges vary according to weight of goods ordered, we try to use the most economical carrier, on a 3 day plan. If you order online, your delivery costs will be worked out automatically for you and charged to your card.
Once goods have been dispatched you will be told by e-mail of imminent delivery and must make arrangements for it to be received. We will try to deliver on a specific day if this makes it easier for you, but please remember we are in the hands of the carrier, so cannot guarantee it.*
Occasionally they excel themselves and get goods to Scotland the next day, (without being paid any extra)
At present we are unable to deliver any of our furniture by carrier.
* For an extra charge we can get goods delivered on a specific day, including Saturday. Please call to discuss your needs.
Mattresses are very expensive to send on carriers, so it is more economical for you to buy locally.
