Double Loft beds

Any height up to 152cm (60”) headroom can be built,  to take  122, 137 or 152cm

(4’, 4’6” or 5’) mattresses . Mattresses are not included in the price.

However we can build higher beds and also make them to fit continental sized mattresses, for a surcharge. If you have an Ikea mattress it is a continental size.

The steps can be either vertical or sloping and made to fit on either the end or the side of the bed.  Please select the headroom and ladder options you want.

BE WARNED

Normally  the 2 ends of these beds come fully  assemble like 2 goal posts ,so you need good access through the house into the room.  They are 50cm higher than the headroom and 10cm wider than the mattress.

We have just finished designing a new way of making a bed where it is bolted together both ways width and length wise. This will involve assembling the long sides first and then

bolting the end rails in. I think this will solve a problem for a lot of people. It means a bit more assembly on your part but means they can be built in-situ to fit the full length of the space. Also makes it easier to get into awkward to access rooms. They will be £60.00 more for doubles.
