| CARRIAGE |
| Carriage is fully insured, everything is wrapped to the best of our ability and we rarely have damage or losses.
We will try to inform you of the delivery date, and normally use a 3 day plan. But sometimes our carriers do surprise us and have been known get to Scotland overnight (and at no extra charge). Obviously once it has left us it is out of our control, but we will try to do try our best to fit in with your plans. An extra charge can be paid for delivery on a specific day, |

| RETURNS |
| We do not get them. As all of our beds are built to order, you are getting exactly what you requested. We have tried to make the ordering process as easy as possible, but appreciate how awkward it can sometimes be to order unseen. We take every care to make sure we both fully understand what you are ordering. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please phone us. We will do all we can to solve the problem.
Should you not be happy, inform us within 10 days. We will arrange collection and if goods arrive undamaged and in good condition and in original packaging, we will refund cost less carriage charges. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
